I finally cancelled my insurance. Thanks to ralph A. From chesapeake and they will send me my Money back for 3-5 days. I knew it! Mary lourdes didnt send my cancellation letter, her insurance doesnt know that i cancelled it! She took an advantage of me and i was stupid to trust her but it's okay, done is done! I still thank god for it. I will get another health insurance and this time for my employer- more reliable and i can trust them than Mary lourdes.

I'll do this review in two parts, the general experience with the company and the agent that is specifically helping me. Off the bat, they were very quick to get back to me and contacting them was seamless. This company is easy to work with and very responsive. The agent that is helping is Eric Castanares. I cannot speak more highly of him. Eric is very informative and goes the extra mile when trying to meet my needs. I appreciate the fact that he followed up with me via phone and email. My situation is complicated, but Eric is researching for me and keeping me in the loop, I really appreciate that he is explaining what is happening at every step and that he sets a realistic expectation of things going forward. In short, this is a top notch business and they are lucky to have someone like Eric on the team. Thanks again Eric!
